Emirates’ Skywards Loyalty Programme – An Overview
Skywards has three tiers of membership, namely Blue, Silver, and Gold. There are three ways of earning Skywards miles. These include flying with Emirates, flying with its partner airlines, or availing the services of its non flight partners like Citibank, Jumeirah, and Hertz. Earning more and more miles entitles one to a growing number of rewards. Members also have the option to nominate as many as 8 family members to the airline’s Family Bonus Programme. Whenever one of the nominated members flies with the airline, 20% of the flown miles are credited to the Frequent Flyer member’s account.

Membership Benefits
Members get to enjoy a slew of benefits like special stop-over packages in Dubai, special meals, Dubai visa services, chauffeured transport to and from particular airports, and swift immigration for arrivals in Dubai. The visa service is open to members who buy their air tickets to Dubai with Emirates. These members need to contact the Emirates reservations office at least 10 days prior to the flight take off date. The office will arrange the visa in lieu of a small fee.
